Who can create orders?

Only Vibary members who have community benefits can create BazAh! Classifieds orders. The community benefits allow Vibary members to publish on the Vibary Network for others to see. The community benefits can be withdrawn from Vibary members if they violate the community Terms of Usage. (Violators may still remain members but with only personal benefits that do not allow publication.)

If you are not yet a Vibary member, Sweepey invites you to become one.

What is a private party ad?

Vibary members can only create private party classified ads. Private party ads are non-commercial ads, posted by individuals acting for themselves, and not for a commercial entity.

For example:

  • If you sell your own car, it is a private party ad. If you post an ad to sell cars from the dealership you own or work at, it is a commercial ad.
  • If you sell your own home through the "for sale by owner", it is a private party ad. If you are an agent and post ads for homes under your contract, those ads are commercial ads. If you have a home under contact with an agent, and create the ad yourself (instead of having the agent create it), and link to the agent's online publication, it is technically a commercial ad.
  • If you sell personal items, similarly to an online garage sale, the ads are private party. If you run a business selling things from home, the ads are commercial ads. If you have a clearance sale of your store, it is a commercial ad.
