This is the Lawyer's Delight page. You can find all the legal stuff about your rights and responsibilities in using the Vibary. You can find Viba Fima's legal obligations and disclaimers here, too. There is a lot of legalese here to basically say that we should be nice to one another.


Terms Of Usage (ToU)
There is a generic ToU for being a member of the Vibary. For each PerCS service offered, there may be additional specific guidelines and rules. Basically Viba Fima wants you to be a nice user of the service; otherwise you can expect consequences.  Curious? Check all the scary stuff here.


Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy is very simple. We collect enough information about you to offer the stated services. We may aggregate your information for third parties but we do not allow them to identify you specifically. Anything else, we have to ask for your permission first. Please review the policy here.


Trademarks
Obviously we like to trademark the weird terms we use to identify our services. The other marks that appear on this Vibary site may be marks of other third-parties that are not affiliated with Viba Fima, inc. The government blesses their marks and ours, and wants us to display this trademark notice.
