If the sign-in process keeps failing when you provide your password, retrace
your footsteps for these common errors:
- Make sure that your username is typed correctly.
- Since the password is not shown when you are typing it, make sure
that the CAPS LOCK key is not on by mistake. Your password is
case-sensitive, so with the CAPS LOCK on all the characters you type in will
- Perhaps you (or somebody who knows the password) has requested a new
password be assigned to this VIP membership account. Try to find
out if this is the case.
- If none of these errors is causing your problem, you may need to request a
