Strengthening Storm in the Upper Great Lakes; Thunderstorms in the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic

A strengthening storm system over the Upper Great Lakes will bring moderate to heavy snow to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan through Tuesday morning.
